WT WTF与ITF跆拳道内容与形式比较研究 万方数据 万方数据 techniques reflect the characteristics of the fast, which requires people use the fastest speed to hit the target, and ITF’s kicking techniques have the core of the power, every movement aims to make the human body can generate maximum power, which emphasis on the result of the attack. Suggestion: (1) In the process of learning taekwondo, people should not only confine to the WTF or ITF. Because they have their own characteristics, people should learn both WTF and ITF and put them together and learn each others’ merit, in these way, people can lean a comprehensive taekwondo techniques which would inspire the practitioners and make them progress and go further. (2) We should strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the WTF and ITF organization. The two organizations should draw on each other’s merit and raise the level together, learn each other’s good points for common progress. (3) In order to inherit and carry forward the traditional taekwondo, the practitioners should strengthen the propaganda of ITF. In these ways, people can understand another form of taekwondo, not just limited to the athletics taekwondo, so that the competitive taekwondo and Koreas traditional martial art can develop commonly. (4) The WTF and ITF coaches should communicate and cooperate more often, and the two organizations should provide the coaches training of different school of taekwondo to improve the teaching level and to create a more diversified teaching atmosphere in taekwondo classes.
