华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Since early 90s of the 20th century, domestic manufacturing industry enters on a new phase of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading in an open and competitive environment. The overall strength has increased markedly. AS the development of domestic economy, ZL Company ushered in a new development opportunity as a manufacturer of fasteners manufacturing company. The strategies choose should be the core issue to ZL Company as the external environment changing rapidly, which is what this research focuses on. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current development status of manufacturing industries, problems and future development trend of manufacturing industry. Then the paper recurs to PEST analysis of ZL Company’s macro environment learning about the policy environment, economic environment, geographic and technological environment that ZL Company is currently facing. Then the paper analyzes companys internal environment such as the development process and status. Secondly, this paper chooses SWOT analysis to analyze ZL Company’s strategy. By means of assessing the companys strategy, the thesis chooses the growth strategy for ZL Company. Finally, the paper makes companys strategy implementation tactics that by improving product quality, introduction of talent, expand the channels and other strategies to build good corporate culture to ensure the companys strategy be implemented effectively. The paper explores ZL Company’s strategy position by analyzing its development strategies. The research conclusion lays a solid foundation for the next stage of development of ZL Company, and it also provides reference for similar manufacturing companies.
