PAGE I 摘要 私营企业是民营经济的重要载体和组成部分。民营经济是我国经济结构的有机组成部分,在促进社会主义市场经济发展中发挥着重要的作用，在国民经济中有着举足轻重的地位。近年来,有数据显示，目前中国民营企业已超过中国企业总数量的60%，是中国最大的企业群体，占全国GDP的份额超过50%，内资民营投资总量在5年间增长了近三成，2005年超过5万亿元，占全社会固定资产投资的比重高达60%左右。民营经济以民营企业为载体为我国国民经济持续、快速、健康发展不可或缺的推动力量。改革开放30年来,个体私营企业蓬勃发展,经济总量不断扩大,整体素质不断提高,在推进农村现代化建设,加快工业化进程,繁荣农村经济,增加农民收入.保持农村稳定等方面发挥了重要作用。然而私营企业的数量不断增加,伴随着经济的快速发展,对私营企业的管控能力和治理水平提出了更高的要求,私营企业逐渐暴露出自身的一些缺点和不足，私营企业人才流失问题是较严重问题之一。在市场经济的大背景下，人员流动、人才流失等问题逐渐暴露，员工感受方面应得到企业的重视和认可，那么要如何去针对私营企业本身实际情况去解决此问题呢？本文将从私营企业背景出发，结合实际情况进行分析和探究，然后提出解决方案和实施方法，给我国私营企业提供一些意见和建议，使我国私营经济能够健全发展。 关键词：私营企业 国民经济 人才流失 Abstract The Private enterprise is the important carrier and part of the private economy.
