泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞或狭窄临床疗效及并发症处理分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究采用泪道置管术治疗患者泪道狭窄以及泪道阻塞的治疗效果以及对术后并发症的处理。方法 方便选取2010年2月―2013年1月进入该院进行治疗的泪道狭窄或者阻塞患者共101例患者，患病眼数共129眼，所有患者在治疗过程中由相同医师进行手术，对患者进行复诊并通过问卷调查患者的治疗效果。结果 患者总例数为101例，其中患病眼睛只数为129眼，在患者接受治疗后随访对患者治疗效果进行调查发现，患者治疗总有效率为84.49%，泪道狭窄患者治疗有效率为81.48%；眼泪道阻塞的患者治疗有效率为85.29%。 结论 采用泪道置管术治疗患者泪道狭窄以及泪道阻塞患者治疗效果好，对于患者在术中以及术后易出现的并发症需根据患者不同病情有针对性的选择治疗方案以减少对患者的影响。 　　[关键词] 泪道置管术；泪道狭窄；泪道阻塞；并发症处理 　　[中图分类号] R779 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（c）-0076-03 　　Clinical Analysis and Complications of Treatment of Lacrimal Duct Obstruction or Stenosis with Lacrimal Duct Catheterization 　　YUAN Dong-bing 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Haimen Street Second Community Health Service Center， Haimen， Jiangsu province， 226100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the treatment and postoperative complications of lacrimal duct stenosis and lacrimal duct obstruction in patients treated with lacrimal duct catheterization. Methods 101 patients from February 2010 to January 2013 in this hospital for treatment of lacrimal duct stenosis or obstruction were conveniently selected with a total of 129 eyes， all patients underwent surgery by the same physician during treatment， the patient was followed up and their treatment efficacy was investigated by questionnaires. Results The total number of patients in 101 cases with 129 eyes， according to the follow-up and investigation of these patients’ curative efficacy， the total effective rate was 84.49% of patients， the effective rate of lacrimal stenosis in patients was 81.48%， and the treatment rate of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction was 85.29%. Conclusion The use of lacrimal duct catheterization in patients with lacrimal duct stenosis and lacrimal duct obstruction is remarkable， targeted treatment options should be chosen to reduce the influences on patients in surgery and postoperative complications according to different diseases. 　　[Key words] Lacrimal duct obstruction； Lacrimal duct stenosis； Lacrimal
