小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法 将整群选取的该院2012年9月―2014年7月收治的180例老年性白内障患者随机分为两组，每组90例，观察组采取小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗，对照组采取传统白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗，比较两组患者的手术疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者术后1月患者的视力较术前均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.22%，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障疗效确切，且并发症少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 小切口；囊外摘除；人工晶体植入；老年性白内障 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（c）-0010-03 　　Clinical Study of Small Incision Extracapsular Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation Surgery in the Treatment of Cataract in the Elderly 　　HU Ming-xiang， SHEN Yong， WANG Jun 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Guangyuan Central Hospital， Guangyuan， Sichuan Province， 628000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation surgery in the treatment of cataract in the elderly. Methods 180 elderly patients with cataract admitted in our hospital from September 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with 90 patients in each. The observation group were treated by small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation， and the control group were treated by traditional extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. And the surgical efficacy and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results One month after the surgery， the visual acuity was significantly improved in both groups compared with before surgery（P0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was 2.22%， significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion For elderly patients with cataract， small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation has exact effect with fewer complications， so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Small incision； Extracapsular cataract extraction； Intraocular lens
