小儿输尿管镜在成人输尿管疾患中临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨与分析小儿输尿管镜在输尿管疾病中的临床应用效果。 方法 整群选取2009年2月―2013年2月于该院接受泌尿外科接受治疗的560例输尿管患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组与观察组各280例，对对照组患者在手术中应用成人输尿管镜，对观察组患者则选用成人输尿管镜与小儿输尿管镜配合使用的方式，若应用成人输尿管镜的患者出现进境困难则改用小儿输尿管镜，对比观察两组患者的手术效果。 结果 对照组患者手术平均时间为（34.7±4.6）min，手术成功率为85.71%，术后32例患者发生并发症（11.43%）；观察组患者中应用成人输尿管镜患者共160例，手术时间为（35.7±3.6）min，手术成功率为83.13%，术后并发症发生率为7.50%，对120例无法应用成人输尿管镜实施手术的患者则改用小儿输尿管镜，共计120例，手术时间为（23.2±5.7）min，手术成功率高达99.17%，术后并发症发生率为0.83%。 结论 将小儿输尿管镜应用于输尿管疾患的治疗中，能够提高手术治疗的成功率，缩短手术时间，且有其显著的微创优势，治疗依从性较高，给患者带来的痛苦少，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 泌尿外科；输尿管；小儿输尿管镜；结石 　　[中图分类号] R726.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0082-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of pediatric ureteroscopy in the treatment of adults with ureteral diseases. Methods 560 patients with ureteral diseases who were treated in the Department of Urinary Surgery of our hospital between February 2009 to February 2013 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group（n=280） and observation group（n=280）. Ureteroscopy for adults was used in the operation for patients in the control group， while co-use of ureteroscopy for adults and pediatric ureteroscopy （used when there were different in the using of ureteroscopy for adults） was adopted in the observation group.
