布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入的方式治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果。 方法 随机选择2014年6月―2015年6月该院儿内科门诊收治的患儿80例，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，实验组与对照组，每组40例，对照组采用口服硫酸特布他林片治疗，实验组采用布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入治疗。对比两组患者喘息、咳嗽、肺部体征消失时间。 结果 实验组总有效率38例（95.0%）明显高于对照组的总有效率33例（82.5%），比较两组治疗后咳嗽缓解、喘息、哮鸣音、??音消失时间，实验组明显短于对照组，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入治疗的方式能够提高临床治疗效果，缓解患儿咳嗽、加快喘息、哮鸣音、??音消失时间，缓解患儿肺部体征，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 布地奈德和硫酸特布他林；联合雾化吸入；儿童支气管哮喘；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0029-03 　　Effect of Combined Atomization Inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children 　　LIN Jie-liang， LIU Li， CAO Li-wen 　　Department of Pediatrics， Shanghai Construction Group（SCG） Hospital， Shanghai， 201104 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined atomization inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline sulfate in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods 80 children admitted in the Pediatric Internal Medicine Outpatient of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups， the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each in accordance with the random number table method. The control group took terbutaline sulfate orally， while the experimental group adopted the treatment of combined atomization inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline sulfate. And the breathing， cough and pulmonary signs disappearing time of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group[95.0% （38 cases） vs 82.5% （33 cases）]. The cough relief time， breathing， wheezing rale and rales disappearing time in the experimental group was much shorter than that in the control group after treatment， respectively， the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant（P0.05）.
