山东省住宿与餐饮业产出空间分布及其影响因素分析 　　摘要：以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为理论框架，运用空间自相关Moran指数、空间滞后模型和空间误差模型方法，选取2015年山东省十七个地级市经济发展的相关数据，对山东省市域住宿与餐饮业产出进行了空间计量经济测算，分析了其产出的空间相关性与空间差异性，同时探讨了资本、劳动力等要素对其产出相互影响的作用。基于邻接矩阵的分析表明，山东省住宿与餐饮业呈现明显的空间负相关性和空间差异性。空间误差模型分析得到的结果可信度最高，可以有效地对区域住宿与餐饮业产出进行空间计量分析。在利用极大似然法估算空间误差模型的基础上进一步使用广义矩来估算空间误差模型、广义空间两阶段最小二乘法来估算联合模型。估算结果表明，劳动力投入对住宿与餐饮业产出的贡献明显大于资本投入，生产要素投入处于规模报酬递增阶段。在制定有关政策时，需要考虑邻近市域之间的相互影响，引导市场合理调配生产要素，提高其空间配置效率。 　　关键词：住宿与餐饮业；影响因素；空间计量分析；山东省 　　中图分类号：F719.3； F49 文献编码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-8256.2017.03.010 　　Abstract： This paper takes Cobb-Douglas production function as the theoretical framework. Spatial Moran index of autocorrelation， Spatial Lag Model （SLM） and Spatial Error Model （SEM） are used to analyze the accommodation and catering industry output of 17 urban regions in Shandong Province based on the statistical data of year 2015. We discuss the spatial correlation and spatial difference of the accommodation and catering industry output. This paper studies impact of accommodation and catering industry influencing factors on industrial spatial characteristics， which includes total net assets， all average of engaged persons， per capita gross domestic product. Accommodation and catering industry output in Shandong Province present negative spatial correlation dependence and spatial difference. The reliability of the results obtained by the Spatial Error Model （SEM） analysis is the highest. The SEM model can effectively estimate the regional accommodation and catering industry elasticity coefficients under the premise of spatial relationship. The output of labor input is significantly greater than the capital investment for accommodation and catering industry. Factors of production input are in the stage of scale increasing returns. We need to consider the mutual influence between the neighboring cities in the formulation of relevant policies.
