基于ASP的招聘网站规划与实现 摘 要 求职是当今大学生在毕业前最关注的一个问题。由于如今大学生上网途径非常便捷，使得网络招聘成了异军突起深受大学生广泛欢迎的求职方式。据统计，约有九成以上的毕业生通过浏览招聘网站或者在网上发布自己的求职信息来寻找工作。网络求职有其突出的优点，即信息量大，资源丰富，更新速度快，招聘职位多等，很符合年轻人希望以最快捷便利的方式获得最多最有效信息的求职要求。 该文中的招聘网站就是一个模拟网上招聘和职业介绍的求职网站，具备现实中人才中介机构的功能。可以为个人用户提供需要的求职与招聘的信息，也可以为企业用户提供需要的人才信息，可以说是两者互动的一种重要渠道。本网站采用Dreamweaver网页制作工具，ASP脚本代码，Access数据库等相关工具，来开发该网站。利用以上的制作技术与工具，再加上一些当今的网站开发与创意设计理念，可以构建出一个符合当今社会要求的求职招聘类型的网站，适合于个人用户使用和企业用户使用。本文章主要阐述的是该招聘网站的构建方法，至于前台的网页制作部分暂不在该文章阐述内容之内。 在整个求职网站构建完成之后，在程序中的多表查询与数据库中多表间数据联系时的实现是该求职网站不可避免的问题，在文章的后部分将会详细提到。 关键词：招聘求职，网站构建，制作工具 Abstract A job is one of the most focus on todays college students before graduation. Because now students way online is very convenient, the network is widely welcome among the university students recruitment into emerging job hunting way. According to statistics, about more than ninety percent of the graduates recruitment website by browsing or release their job information on the Internet to find work. Network job has its prominent advantages, namely the informative, rich in resources, update speed, job, etc., more hope suit young people with the most fast and convenient way to obtain the most effective information of the job requirements. Recruitment website in this paper is a simulation of online recruitment and employment job site, have the talent intermediary function in reality. Can provide personal users with job search and recruitment information, also can be for enterprise users with need talent information, is both a kind of important channel of interaction, so to speak. This website USES Dreamweaver web authoring tools, ASP script code, Access database and related tools, to develop the site.
