PAGE PAGE 10 中 文 摘 要 目的： 针灸和方药的分家，加之历史上废止针灸等不正常现象，使中 医治法存在由针、灸、药并用到针灸式微、以用药为主这样一个过程。 在这种情况下，学习医圣仲景或用药，或用针，或针药并用的?针药结 合?治病理念对指导临床诊治疾病大有裨益。 方法： 本文通过文献研究的方法，从两方面进行论述：第一方面，探 讨针、灸、药的渊源，及其结合的理论基础；第二方面，从《伤寒杂病 论》及后世医家针、灸、药结合的临床文献探讨针药结合的临床运用。 结果： 针灸与方药有其各自的特点，在社会的发展中其成熟的时期也 不一致，从而导致就内容的比例言《黄帝内经》针刺大于药物转变到《伤 寒杂病论》以方药为主。针灸和药物作为中医两种主要的治疗手段，这 两种治疗手段的客观差别在一定程度上限定了各自的适用范围。医圣仲 景的治疗原则是根据疾病辨证的结果而采取或用药，或用针，或针药并 用的综合治疗。其辩证用穴和同气相求的取穴思路对目前针灸临床仍有 重要意义。 结论： 临床遇到急危疑难的病症时，单纯用针、灸或方药便显出其各 自的局限性；同时，由于现代临床分科的不断细化，就需要各科医师之 间的相互合作，针、灸、药等治疗手段的相互配合，以突出中医的优势， 提高临床疗效。 关键词： 伤寒论；金匮要略；针、灸、药结合；仲景学说 The Research of Combination of Acupuncture(moxibustion) with Medicine Theory and Clinical Literature in Shang Han Za Bing Lun Abstract Objective: Dividing of acupuncture and herbal combined with abnormal phenomena of abolished acupuncture in history, which result in the treatment of TCM transited from the combination method of acupuncture and herbal to mainly use of herbal. In these case, studying Zhongjing’s cure theory of applying herbal or acupuncture or combination of acupuncture and and moxibustion and herbal medicine is significant for us to research theory of Zhang Zhongjing fully. Methods: This article discusses in three parts: The first part, explore origin of acupuncture and and moxibustion and herbal medicine and its theoretical foundation of combination. the second part, explore clinical application of combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine from Shang Han Za Bing Lun and later physicians’ clinical literatures of integration of acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal medicine . Results: Acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal medicine have their own characteristics and their mature period were not consistent during social development, which resulted in acupuncture larger than medicine in Huangdi Neijing convert to mainly use herbal in Shang Han Za Bing Lun from the proportion of the contents.
