聊城大学教育硕士学位论文 聊城大学教育硕士学位论文 ii ii 意识的培养方面细化了城乡结合部初中语文人格教育的具体目标。将人格教育渗透到 语文知识的学习和语文素养的提高中,让学生通过语文学习得到和谐的发展。智慧人 格的培养从锻炼大脑协调能力、培养学生创造性思维及环境适应能力三方面实施。道 德人格在语文教学中的实现是借“立言”以“立人”,通过情感体验、审美教育,帮 助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,最终将对“真、善、美”的追求内化为自己的需 要。意志人格的实现则通过科学的语文学习方法及对学生语文学习习惯的培养达到。 城乡结合部初中生语文人格教育的实现最终体现在学生自我意识的发展上,让学生在 平等、民主、和谐的语文教学环境中,认识自我、悦纳自我、树立理想自我。 关键词:人格;语文人格教育;城乡结合部;初中生 PAGE PAGE iii ABSTRACT The 21st century is an era of both opportunities and challenges.It is the times that are full of freedom and vitality.This era requires flexible, independent and innovative builders.Therefore,one of the common tasks in todays world of education reform is concerned about the human development.In the many elements of persons,personality is undoubtedly the most critical. Because the soundness of personality not only determines a persons happiness but also affects the freedom and vitality of a society. It is more valuable than the intelligence.Under the influence of the education reform, Chinese as a tool of human culture bearer determines that the language education in the process of character education and training must play a special important role because of its rich cultural connotation. At present, urbanization process continues fast along with Chinas rapid economic development. Urban fringe has become a more specific section. Because of this complexity of the social fabric of the region, it will inevitably impact on the local teenage students. But there is still a blind spot for the education of this special group. This thesis is for the urban-rural status of junior students to research and practice and combines with the junior high school language teaching. The thesis also hops to find some suitable ways and means to develop the students’ characters. Improve Chinese literacy of students and at the same time train qualified personnel with a sound personality. Make them adapt to future social life and meet the requirements of the community.
