万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 环境的日益恶化，食品安全事故频发，生活水平不断提高，人们对于环境和 健康的关注程度不断提高，传统农业发展模式正面临越来越多的问题，有机农业 因其对环境的友好性，产品的安全性，正越来越受到欢迎，发展速度也日益加快。 目前国内有机农业正处于快速发展的阶段，创业型有机农业企业面临巨大的发展 机遇。成都作为天府之国，具有发展有机农业得天独厚的条件，加上良好的市场 前景，是创业型有机农业企业发展的首选之地。然而我国有机农业发展的时间短， 经验少，创业型企业在发展过程中将面临极大的风险和挑战，如何制定有效的发 展战略，成为了迫切需要研究的问题。 本文对有机农业的概念、特征及其与传统、生态农业的区别进行了仔细的研 究和分析，在大量阅读文献基础上对国内外农业发展的历程、现状以及前景进行 了总结，旨在探索出有机农业发展的规律，为创业型有机农业企业发展提供借鉴。 同时借助理论分析工具，对目前成都市有机农业发展的现状，面临的宏微观环境 以及资源与竞争能力等进行了分析，根据分析得出的结果，基于创业型有机农业 企业的视角，从战略定位，战略目标的设定以及战略的选择等方面提出了成都市 近郊有机农业企业创新发展战略建议，提出总体战略主要分三步走，即第一步采 取核心竞争力战略，奠定企业的发展基础，第二步采取结构优化战略，进一步增 强企业实力，第三步实施品牌战略，争取成为行业领先的龙头企业。 关键词：有机农业；发展战略；创新型 ABSTRACT The traditional agricultural development model is facing more and more problems. Because organic farming is friendly to the environment and safety of products, it is more and more popular, and increasingly faster development. At present domestic organic agriculture is in a stage of rapid development, entrepreneurial organic agricultural enterprises face enormous development opportunities. Chengdu as a land of abundance, with the development of organic agriculture advantageous conditions, coupled with good market prospects, is the best place for entrepreneurial organic agriculture enterprise development. However, the development of organic agriculture in our country time is short and less experience. Entrepreneurial enterprises will face great risks and challenges in development process. How to make effective development strategy has become the urgent need to study the problem. In this thesis, the concept and characteristic of organic agriculture, and its difference with traditional, ecological agriculture has been studied and analyzed carefully. On the basis of reading a lot of literature ,the history , current situation and the prospect of agricultural development at home and abroad are summarized, aims to explore the rules of the development of organic agriculture development to provide reference for entrepreneurial organic agricultural enterpris
