干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 观察分析干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染的临床效果。方法 132例宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者， 按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组， 每组66例。对照组采用微波治疗， 观察组在对照组的基础上联合干扰素治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果， 对治疗总有效的患者进行1年随访， 比较两组6个月及1年复发率。结果 观察组重度患者治疗总有效率85.71%显著高于对照组的57.14%（P0.05）；观察组6个月及1年复发率分别为4.84%和9.68%， 明显低于对照组的20.00%和32.73%（P0.05）。结论 干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染， 疗效显著， 复发率 　　低， 值得临床大力推广并应用。 　　【关键词】 干扰素；微波；宫颈糜烂；人乳头瘤病毒感染 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.13.006 　　Analysis of effect by interferon combined with microwave in the treatment of cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection WEN Zhan-chong， XU Gan-ru. Methods A total of 132 cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection patients were divided by random number table into observation group and control group， with 66 cases in each group. The control group received microwave for treatment， and the observation group received additional combination of interferon for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical effects between the two groups. Effective patients in treatment received follow-up for 1 year， and recurrence rates in 6 months and 1 year were compared. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 85.71% than 57.14% of the control group （P0.05）. Recurrence rates in 6 months and 1 year were 4.84% and 9.68% in the observation group， and those were much lower than 20.00% and 32.73% in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of interferon and microwave shows precise effect and low recurrence rate in treating cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection.
