带血压值曲线标注体温单临床应用 　　摘 要 目的：介绍一种带血压值曲线标注体温单（改良体温单）的临床应用。方法：收集2013年2月-2014年7月住院高血压和合并高血压患者103例，随机分为试验组（53例）和对照组（50例）。试验组将血压值标绘在改良体温单上，对照组按常规记录血压值，由临床医生和护士分别对两组患者病情（主要是血压）进行评估、决策。患者出院后，统计两组医生和护士的满意度及体温单记录用时。结果：试验组医生和护士的满意度较对照组高（P0.05）。结论：改良体温单使用的满意度较高，而且不明显增加绘制体温单的时间。 　　关键词 高血压 体温单 血压值曲线 　　中图分类号：R544.1/R471 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）14-0029-03 　　Clinical application of the temperature chart annotated with the blood pressure curve 　　CHU Suping， FU Qiong， LU Anmei， FENG Qiaozong 　　（Xinchang Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201314， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To introduce a temperature chart annotated with the blood pressure curve （modified temperature chart） applied in the clinic. Methods： One hundred and three patients with hypertension or accompanied with hypertension admitted to the hospital from Feb. 2013 to July 2014 were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into two groups， an experimental group with 53 cases and a control group with 50 ones. In the experimental group， the blood pressure value was plotted on the modified temperature chart. In the control group， the blood pressure value was conventionally recorded. According to the blood pressure curve on the temperature chart， the patient’s condition （mainly the blood pressure） was assessed and a treatment plan made. After the patients in two groups were discharged from the hospital， the satisfaction of the clinicians and nurses as well as recording time of the temperature chart were respectively assessed. Results： The satisfaction of the clinicians and nurses was higher in the experimental group than in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： The application of the modified temperature chart has a high satisfaction and does not add the time to draw the temperature chart. 　　KEY WORDS hypertension； temperature chart； blood pressure curve 　　在观察住院患者生命体征时，体温大多在正常范围，而血压值的变化则越来越受到重视[1]。为了帮助医护人员更好地掌握患者病情变化，笔者设计出一种带有标注血压曲线的新型体温单，能图示化提供醒目的血压监测曲线，显示正常和异常血压波动，现报道如下。 　　1 对象和方法
