开展健康教育模式对手足口病住院患儿治疗护理分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨开展健康教育模式对手足口病住院患儿的治疗护理效果。 方法 方便选取该院2015年5月―2016年5月收治的手足口病患儿80例，随机将这些患儿分为常规护理组（n=40）和常规护理联合健康教育组（健康教育组，n=40）两组，对两组患儿的临床疗效、皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用、相关知识知晓情况、遵医情况、并发症发生情况、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果 健康教育组患儿治疗护理的总有效率95.0%（38/40）显著高于常规护理组85.0%（34/40）（P0.05），皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于常规护理组（P0.05），住院费用显著低于常规护理组（P0.05），相关知识知晓率、遵医率、护理满意度分别为97.5%（39/40）、87.5%（35/40）、95.0%（38/40）均显著高于常规护理组72.5%（29/40）、65.0%（26/40）、72.5%（29/40）（P0.05），并发症发生率2.5%（1/40）显著低于常规护理组12.5%（5/40）（P0.05）。 结论 开展健康教育模式对手足口病住院患儿的治疗护理效果具有积极的影响，值得在临床推广。 　　[关键词] 健康教育模式；手足口病；护理 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（b）-0149-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the treatment nursing effect of the development of health education model for inpatients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， and the clinical curative effect， rash regression time， dental ulcer healing time， length of stay ， hospitalization cost， related knowledge awareness， compliance， occurrence of complications and nursing satisfactory degree of the routine nursing group and the health education group were counted and analyzed.
