Abstract Tourism and cultural industries by the influence of Zhongxuan Zhou godhead ZhongXuan Zhou, Qing Dynasty , was born in 1671 in Guizhou and died in 1673. He was served as the magistrate in Fujian, the magistrate in Taiwan zhuluo County and other officer in Shandong and Jinzhou. Zhongxuan Zhou experienced the stability society and prosperity economic in QianLong period.In his ten years of officer life, his work was outstanding, especially in the fact of developing and operating of Taiwan. In order to commemorate and praise him .the public of Taiwan sculptured statues of him in temple of Jiayi and respected him as a god. And the godness culture of zhongxuan zhou was formed. Today, there are series of tourist development activities around the goodness culture of zhongxuan zhou. In addition to developing and operating the temple successfully, they develop charities to achieve the positive interaction with tourism.At present, the tourism industry development which around the goodness culture of zhongxuan zhou. is in the early stage .The article that combined the original research of the goodness culture of zhongxuan zhou and the states of the tourist culture industry development will study on the development of tourist culture industry further, and try to find some problems and make personal recommendations. Keywords: ZhongXuan zhou Godhead Tourism and cultural industries Status Strategy 前 言 ⑴ 选题的背景及依据 背景 周锺瑄是贵州人，清代初期曾任台湾诸罗县（治今嘉义市）令，任职 期间政绩突出，深受百姓的敬仰，死后亦是倍受称颂，被尊为城隍爷加以信奉。 近年来，嘉义市成功经营嘉义城隍庙资产，并开发利用道将圳区域的旅游文化资 源，颇有成效。负责规划和推广该项目的嘉义市道将圳文化研究会，于 2006 年 成功举办了周锺瑄论坛，并投资拟定了嘉义市诸罗古城区文化资产活化计划方 案。1987 年，贵阳市成立了花溪区周渔璜周锺瑄研究会，对周锺瑄的生平事迹 以及后来到台湾任职的功绩和年老返乡后的文学创作都有深入研究，并筹资修建 了两周幼时学习的桐野书屋。2007 年 11 月，贵州省国际文化交流中心与嘉义市 道将圳文化学会共同搭建了进行两岸旅游文化交流活动的平台，该学会理事长一 行 4 人，对周锺瑄的故里进行了调研，两地研究周锺瑄事迹的专家进行了学术成 果交流，双方将进一步研究和利用周锺瑄留下的旅游文化产业，推动两岸的经济 文化发展。 依据 本文将依据嘉义地区对周锺瑄人格与神格文化的相关研究成果和发 展旅游文化产业的经验，对贵阳花溪骑龙村周锺瑄故居旅游文化产业发展现状进 行调查研究，力求找出存在的问题和差距，并提出建议和对策。 ⑵ 选题的研究目标及意义 选题的研究目标 通过该选题的研究，结合台湾方面对周锺瑄政绩的研究成
