ABSTRACT Obejective: Visfatin is a recently discovered adipokine,which is highly expressed invisceral fat and to have insulin mimetic effect.We evaluated the change rule of exercise training on visfatin after different intensity exercise and discussed the function mechanism through which we seeked suitable exercise intensity in diabetic and theory basis. Methods: To male sprague-dawly（SD）rats as the research object, were randomly divided into normal control group and model group.Through 6 weeks high-fat and high-sugar diet combined injection of STZ,diabetic model is set up succeedly,the control group and 10 model were anaesthetized and collected Samples.The remaining diabetic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the diabetes control (DMC),the diabetes exercise group 1(DME1),diabetes exercise group 2(DME2),diabetic exercise group 3 (DME3).The last three exercise groups needed treadmill exercise 1h/d,5d/w,which speeds separately 10m/min （ equivalent to 30%VO2max）、15m/min（50%VO2max）、20m/min（70%VO2max）.After 6 weeks difficult intensity exercise,all diabetic were anaesthetized and collected samples and the required indicators were tested. Results: Both plasma and visceral fat Visfatin in diabetic rats increased.After 6 weeks difficult intensity exercise,GSP、FBG and IRI declined in DME1 and DME2（P＜0.05,P＜ 0.01, P＜0.01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.05）.At the same time, plasma visfatin in DME1 and DME2 decreased significantly（P＜0.05,P＜0.05）,however,the change in DME3 was not obvious.The visfatin of invisceral fat declined in three exercise groups obviously（P＜0.05,P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05).Passing the correlation analysis of Person, we found plasma visfatin relevanted with FBG、GSP and total visceral fat,visceral fat’s visfatin interrelated to FBG、 GSP、IRI、total visceral fat,LDL and FFA,in addition,the one of plasma and visceral fat relationly.
