延续性护理对手足口病患儿遵医行为及生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨延续性护理对手足口病患儿遵医行为及生活质量的影响。 方法 将2015年4月～2017年8月我院接诊的40例手足口病患儿纳入本研究。按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各20例，对照组患儿采取常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上，对患儿进行延续性护理。观察患儿药物依从性评分、足部护理评分、SF-36评分、起始退热时间、体温恢复正常时间、皮疹、疱疹消退时间。 结果 观察组干预后药物依从性评分、足部护理评分均高于对照组和干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组干预后SF-36评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），?^察组起始退热时间、体温恢复正常时间、皮疹、疱疹消退时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 延续性护理对手足口病患儿遵医行为及生活质量有积极影响，能够提高患儿的遵医行为，改善患儿的生活质量，而且通过延续性护理干预，患儿临床症状快速缓解，有较高的应用价值。 　　[关键词] 延续性护理；手足口病；遵医行为；生活质量；影响 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）07-0151-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on compliance and quality of life of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods From April 2015 to August 2017， 40 cases of HFMD admitted to our hospital were included in this study. According to the random number table method， they were divided into observation group and control group， 20 cases in each group. The control group was taken routine nursing intervention， the observation group was taken on the base of the control group， take continuous nursing for children. Childrens drug-compliance score， foot care score， SF-36 score， initial antipyretic time， normal body temperature recovery time， rash and herpes regression time were observed. Results After treatment， the score of drug dependence and foot care in observation group were higher than those in control group and before intervention， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The SF-36 score of observation group was lower than that of control group after intervention （P0.05）. The initial antipyretic time， normal body temperature recovery time， rash and herpes regression time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing has a positive effect on compliance and quality of life of children with hand-foot-mouth disease， which can improve the compliance of children and improve childrens quality of life. Moreover， through continuous nursing i
