干性玻璃体切割术围术期护理在先天性白内障中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨干性玻璃体切割术治疗先天性白内障的围术期护理干预价值。 方法 选择2012年8月～2016年1月在陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院接受干性玻璃体切割术治疗的先天性白内障患儿56例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各28例。对照组患儿接受临床眼科常规护理，观察组患儿接受干性玻璃体切割术围术期护理术后随访6个月。出院前1 d，评估两组患儿家属的护理满意度；术后6个月复查患儿视力情况，记录并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组护理满意度问卷总分及护理态度、操作专业性、沟通有效性、解决问题的效率、职业操守评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P 0.05）；两组患儿的视力情况差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；观察组患儿的并发症发生率低于对照组（P 0.05）。 结论 围术期护理可以提高先天性白内障患儿家属的满意度，提升干性玻璃体切割术的治疗效果及安全性。 　　[关键词] 先天性白内障；干性玻璃体切割术；围术期护理；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R779.7 R473.77 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）11（c）-0186-04 　　Application of perioperative nursing of dry vitrectomy in congenital cataract 　　WANG Lin ZHANG Yingying LI Haixin 　　the Second Department of Ophthalmology， the First People′s Hospital of Xianyang， Shaanxi Province， Xianyang 712000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application of perioperative nursing of dry vitrectomy in congenital cataract.
