开展新生儿听力筛查运作模式临床意义 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探究开展新生儿听力筛查运作模式对新生儿听力筛查的临床意义。 方法 选取本院2008年10月～2010年9月妇产科接收的7299例新生儿，按照运作模式的差异分为运作前组及运作后组，应用Accu Screen便携式筛查仪对本院妇产科新生儿进行听力筛选，比较两组新生儿听力筛选的结果。 结果 运作前组筛查人数3091例，筛查率为85.1%；初筛通过人数2720例（通过率为88.0%），未通过初筛者最后经复筛并转上级医院确诊为听力损伤者为5例，异常发生率为1.61‰；运作后组筛查人数3319例，筛查率为90.5%；初筛通过人数3153例（通过率为95.0%），未通过初筛者经确诊为听力损伤者6例，异常发生率为1.80‰。 结论 专人负责模式实施后，新生儿听力筛选的初筛率和初筛通过率显著升高，因此，应加强对新生儿听力筛查测试和管理的重视，督促患儿及时随访和复查，通过积极的干预措施、听力训练和修复重建，避免出现听力缺陷。 　　[关键词] 新生儿；听力筛查；分析 　　[中图分类号] R715.8[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（c）-0014-03 　　 　　Clinical significance of newborn hearing screening operation mode 　　MIAO Kai 　　Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Futian Women and Children Health Care Hospital of Shenzhen City,Shenzhen 518026,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical significance of the newborn hearing screening operation mode for newborn hearing screening. Methods 7299 newborn were selected in our hospital from October 2008 to September 2010,and then divided into g before operation group and after operation group according to differences in the mode of operation.Newborn hearing screening results were detected by the application of Accu Screen portable screening instrument,the results of newborn hearing screening of two groups were analyzed. Results Screening for 3091 cases of before operation group,the screening rate was 85.1%.2720 babies passed the preliminary screening (pass rate was 88.0%),5 babies who did not pass the preliminary screening underwent second screening and prior hospital diagnosed as hearing damagement,the abnormal rate was 1.61‰.Screening for 3319 cases ofafter operation group,the screening rate was 90.5%.3153 babies passed the preliminary screening (pass rate was 95.0%),not through the screen at the beginning of the 6 patients diagnosed with hearing loss,the abnormal rate was 1.80‰.
