I I 摘 要 本文通过查阅 1999 年以来的有关书籍和文献资料及对专家的调查、访问， 搜集并深入了解有关专家、学者在此领域研究的现状。分别从竞技运动项目的 动作本质特点、竞技运动节奏理论描述、竞技运动项目的节奏规律、竞技运动 节奏项群分类、田径运动技术动作节奏研究（包括：田径运动的本质特点、节 奏影响因素、田径运动节奏的特点、表现形式、项目的节奏特征）等方面对节 奏理论进行了深入细致的研究。 为证实本文提出的“节奏策略”教学方法的可行性与教学价值，我们分别 从生理学、心理学、运动生物力学、“结构-定向”教学理论支持、运动技能迁 移理论支持等方面，对其教学理论依据进行了分析和探讨。在研究过程中运用 了文献资料法，问卷调查法，教学实验法，数理统计法等，以广州体育学院 07 级田径普修班学生为对象，以跨栏技术教学为内容，对“节奏策略”教学方法 进行了实验研究，结果表明：在技评与达标成绩上，具有显著性差异，实验班 优于对照班；在分段速度节奏方面，实验班表现出了加速能力强，速度下降幅 度小，冲刺能力强的总体速度平稳、持续增长的科学化速度节奏，与我国优秀 运动员的速度节奏比较接近，明显优于对照班。 同时我们在实验后对学生进行了问卷调查，结果表明：实验班的学生对动 作技能的认知、讲解和纠错能力要好于对照班。在跨栏教学中，“节奏策略”在 建立正确的心理认知结构、运用大脑表象和控制能力方面发挥着巨大的作用； 在提高学生分析解决问题的能力和制定新学习策略方面优于传统教学法；更有 利于学生把握项目特点和节奏规律，在基础知识的掌握上优于传统教学法。 关键词：“节奏策略”；跨栏教学；本质特点；节奏规律 II II ABSTRACT In this paper, by the way of the reference to the relevant books and literature since 1999，the surveys and interviews to the experts, and the collection and deeper understanding of the relevant experts and scholars in this field，we have a research deeply from the competitive nature of action sports features, sports theoretical description of the rhythm，the rhythm of competitive sports law，sports-group classification of the rhythm ， the rhythm track and field sports technology action research (including：the nature of the characteristics of track and field sports, rhythm factors, track and field Sports rhythm characteristics, manifestations, the rhythm of the characteristics of the project) and so the rhythm theory.
