我国民营企业财务管理存在问题及对策探究 　　摘 要 当前，中国经济发展已经进入新常态，在“大众创业、万众创新”和国务院简政放权的利好条件下，民营企业逐步走上了发展的快车道。民营企业作为我国社会主义市场经济的一支重要力量，在促进经济社会发展、拉动地方经济增长、增加劳动力就业等方面都发挥了不可替代的作用。从总体上看，我国大部分民营企业经营管理规范，建立了一套完善、科学的财务控制和管理体系，但也有一部分民营企业在财务管理方面存在着这样或那样的问题，不利于民营企业做大做强并实现可持续发展。本文针对当前我国民营企业存在的普遍问题，提出了相应的解决对策，以期对民营企业的健康成长有所裨益。 　　关键词 民营企业 财务管理 问题 对策 　　中图分类号：F275 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2017.12.075 　　The problems and Countermeasures of the 　　Financial Management of Private Enterprises in China 　　LU Erli 　　（Shihezi University， School of Economics and Management， Shihezi， Xinjiang 061001） 　　Abstract At present， Chinas economic development has entered a new normal state， in the public entrepreneurship， innovation and the State Council decentralization of the favorable conditions， private enterprises gradually embarked on the development of the fast lane. Private enterprises， as an important force in Chinas socialist market economy， have played an irreplaceable role in promoting economic and social development， stimulating local economic growth and increasing labor force employment. On the whole， most of Chinas private enterprises to operate management standards， the establishment of a sound， scientific financial control and management system， but there are some private enterprises in the financial management of the existence of such or that problem is not conducive to private enterprises to do Big and stronger and achieve sustainable development.
