循环内皮细胞在恩度联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌中变化及意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探?肺癌患者恩度联合NP方案化疗前后外周血循环内皮细胞（CECs）以及活性循环内皮细胞（aCECs）的变化及其临床意义。方法：用流式细胞仪对2013年5月-2015年10月本院20例健康人（对照组）及68例肺癌患者（治疗组）治疗前后外周血CECs及aCECs进行检测。结果：对照组外周血CECs及aCECs的数量均低于治疗组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；临床稳定（SD）患者CECs及aCECs数目变化分层、CECs数目变化与治疗前比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），aCECs数目与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：恩度通过对肿瘤血管生成的负性调节，提高了抗肿瘤效果并抑制肿瘤生长速度，CECs及aCECs的联合检测可能是恩度联合NP方案治疗肺癌的较好疗效预测指标。 　　【关键词】 恩度； 循环内皮细胞； 活化循环内皮细胞 　　The Changes and Significance of Circulating Endothelial Cells in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treatment of Endostar Combined with NP Regimen/YANG Hong，HAN Zhen，HE Min，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（27）：023-026 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the changes of endothelial cells（CECs） in peripheral blood circulation（CECs） and the changes of the active circulating endothelial cells（aCECs） and its clinical significance in patients with lung cancer patients.Method：CECs and aCECs were detected in 20 healthy people （the control group）and 68 lung cancer patients（the treatment group）by flow cytometry before and after treatmnet from June 2013 to October 2015.Result：The number of CECs and aCECs in control group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The number of CECs and aCECs in patients with clinical stability（SD） was stratified，and there were no significant differences CECs before and after treatment（P0.05），and the differences of aCECs number before and after treatment was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Endostar can improve anti-tumor therapeutic effect and inhibit tumor growth speed by negative regulation of tumor angiogenesis， the combined detection of CECs and aCECs may be a good predictor to evaluate the Endostar combined with NP chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. 　　【Key words】 Endu； Circulating endothelial cells； Activated circulating endothelial cells 　　First-author’s address：Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital，Hohhot 010017，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.
