微信支持在高血压健康教育中应用   摘 要 目的:探讨微信支持在高血压健康教育中的应用。方法:选择2015年5月至2016年4月上海大宁路街道社区卫生服务站两个不同站点在管的高血压患者各200例。根据居住区域分为干预组(100例)和对照组(100例)。对照组采用常规管理。干预组采用“大宁高血压沙龙”公众微信号进行健康教育。1年后评估血压控制、用药管理、饮食管理、运动管理、以及微信接受程度。结果:干预后干预组高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压下降幅度均大于对照组(4.5 mmHg比2.2 mmHg,P0.01和3.6 mmHg比2.9 mmHg,P0.01),自我行为的掌握情况也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。干预后干预组对微信方式的健康教育接受度也有明显提高。结论:利用微信进行健康教育能提高高血压患者血压控制水平和自我管理能力。   关键词 高血压;健康教育;微信支持   中图分类号:R544.1 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-1533(2017)20-0050-03   Application of WeChat support in hypertension health education   JIANG Fan, ZHANG Yue   (Daning Community Health Service Center of Jingan District, Shanghai 200072, China)   ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the application of WeChat in the health education of hypertension. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2016, 200 cases of hypertension in the management were selected from the two different spots each in Daning Community Health Service station, Shanghai. They were divided into an intervention group with 100 cases and a control group with 100 according to the residential area. The control group received the routine management. The intervention group received public micro signals from “Daning hypertension salon for health education”. After one year, blood pressure control, medication management, diet management, exercise management, and WeChat acceptance were evaluated. Results: The systolic and diastolic blood pressures dropped in the intervention group were greater than those in the control group (4.5 mmHg to 2.2 mmHg, P0.01 and 3.6 mmHg to 2.9 mmHg, P0.01), the mastery of self behavior in the intervention group was also better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). After intervention, the acceptance rate of health education by WeChat in the intervention group was also improved significantly. Conclusion: Using WeChat for health education can improve blood pressure control and self-management ability in the patients with hypertension.   KEY WORDS hypertension; health
