研究药用藻类中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用 　　摘要：目的：探索藻类中药中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用。方法：在恒温条件下，以时间和多糖浓度为影响因素，了解不同藻类中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用，对其量效关系进行分析。结果：实验结果表明在37℃多糖浓度在0到2%范围内，双歧杆菌数随多糖浓度的增加而上升；多糖浓度继续升高，则反而下降。结论：海藻中多糖在一定浓度下能很好地促双歧杆菌生长。 　　关键词：藻类中多糖；双歧杆菌；促增殖作用 　　The research of medicinal algae polysaccharide on the proliferation of bifidobacterium 　　Xu PingWu YunLi YingaiLi Linzhuan 　　Abstract：Objective：to explore the algae polysaccharide in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on the proliferation of bifidobacterium.
