慢性中耳炎真菌感染临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性中耳炎伴真菌感染的原因和具体诊断方法以及各种治疗方法的疗效。 方法 选择2010～2013年我院收治的50例慢性中耳炎伴真菌感染的患者的资料，按照其接受的治疗方法分为局部治疗组、局部+口服药物治疗组、手术+口服药物治疗组3组，分析评价各组的治疗效果。 结果 局部用药24例，治愈13例，有效6例，治愈率为54.17%，总有效率为79.17%；局部+口服用药18例，治愈12例，有效5例，治愈率为66.67%，总有效率为94.44%；手术治疗8例，全部治愈，治愈率为100.00%。局部用药与手术治疗相比较、局部用药与局部+口服用药相比较，其治愈率和总有效率差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 局部联合口服药物治疗能够显著提高患者治疗效果，因此对口服药没有过敏或禁忌的患者应当推荐使用联合用药，对于感染严重以及外耳道开口狭小的患者应当主张其积极进行手术治疗。 　　[关键词] 慢性中耳炎；真菌感染；治疗方法 　　[中图分类号] R764.21 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）20-0058-03 　　Diagnosis and treatment of chronic otitis media with fungal infections 　　CHEN Lijie 　　Department of Otolaryngology，Zibo Mining Group Co.， LTD.
