杭州师范大学硕士学位论文中小学教师 杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 中小学教师沟通行为研究 I I 中文摘要 沟通是人类社会交往的基本过程，也是一切社会赖以形成的基础。教育沟通就是教育者 与受教育者之间通过有效语言和其它方式，运用合理协调方式达成共识的一种人际沟通。教 师沟通行为是教师重要的专业技能，良好的教师沟通行为能够对教育产生积极的促进作用， 具有无可比拟的教育力量。但是，纵观教育现状，因教师沟通行为偏差，而导致沟通不畅， 教育失效的问题，非常突出。本文在借鉴国内外有关教育沟通研究成果的基础上，试图通过 研究中小学教师沟通行为问题，探索一条有效改善中小学教师沟通行为之路。 本研究首先通过问卷调查考察当前中小学教师沟通行为现状，阐明改善教师沟通行为的 意义。其次，在系统辨析“沟通”、“一般沟通”、“教育沟通”基础上，对“教师沟通行为” 作出如下界定：“所谓教师沟通行为即指发生于师生之间的一种为求得理解而产生的以符号 为媒介的认知、情感和人格的交互作用”。进而，介绍了社会建构主义教学理论、社会互依 性理论与和谐沟通理论的有关沟通论述，使本研究具有坚实的理论支撑。再次，对影响教师 沟通行为的主要因素进行了分析，认为师生关系是学校教育情境中人际关系最重要最活跃的 一种关系，它直接影响着教师沟通行为指向。此外，教师的教学个性、沟通方式、沟通语言 等都会不同程度地影响有效沟通效果。最后，对改善教师沟通行为提出了实施策略。论文明 确提出，针对不同的对象，要有的放矢，采取不同而有效的沟通策略：与学生的沟通策略重 在理解与对话；与教师的沟通策略重在合作与共享；与家长的沟通策略重在引导与支持。 关键词： 教育沟通 教师沟通行为 沟通策略 II II Abstract Communication is not only the fundamental process in human social activities, also the dependable foundation of all society. The educative communication is a kind of interpersonal communication using reasonable and unisonous way to reach consensus through the effective language and other methods. Teacher’s communicative behavior is the most significant professional skill for a teacher, for efficient communication possesses an incomparable educative power which promotes the effectiveness of education. However, looking to the present education, an extrusive problem exists because of the deviation of teacher’s communicative behavior. Thus, the educative obstacle and education which lose control existed. On the base of both domestic and international achievements on this field, this paper is an attempt to explore a way of improving the communicative behavior of teachers in primary and middle school, through the research of their communicative behaviors. Firstly, the paper clarifies the significance of promoting teacher’s communicative behavior through questionnaires and listing the problems of teacher’s communicative behavior in the present education.
