微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术用于股骨头坏死治疗中临床效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研究微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术用于股骨头坏死治疗中的临床效果。方法 随机选择2015年3月―2016年3月因股骨头坏死到该院接受治疗的60例患者为研究对象，平分为研究组和对照组。分别实施微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗以及传统人工全骸关节置换术进行治疗，并比两组患者的治疗效果进行客观对比。结果 治疗后，研究组患者的手术出血量（310.15±21.22）mL、手术所需时间（90.32±13.65）min以及术后引流量（210.36±105.18）mL均优于对照组手术出血量（510.51±30.26）mL、手术所需时间（101.13±15.73）min以及术后引流量（500.11±112.23）mL，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义，P0.05。 结论 在股骨头坏死治疗中使用微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗效果突出，所需手术时间短、出血量较小且对患者身体影响小，身体恢复速度快。 　　[关键词] 微创小切口；人工全髋关节置换术；股骨头坏死；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（a）-0043-03 　　The Small Incision Minimally Invasive Total Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis Clinical Effect Research 　　WANG Yi-jun， LIU De-zhong， SU Jin-ping 　　Shandong Province Department of Orthopaedics Hospital of Shandong Wendeng， Wendeng， Shandong Province， 264400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the small incision minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of femoral head necrosis. After treatment， the team operation the bleeding in patients with（310.15±21.22）mL， time needed for surgery （90.32±13.65） min and had the flow （210.36±105.18）mL were superior to control group the bleeding（510.51±30.26）mL， surgery time required （101.13±15.73） min and had the flow（500.11±112.23） mL， data contrast differences between groups， P 0.05. Conclusion In treatment of the femoral head necrosis using small incision minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty treatment effect is outstanding， the shorter operation time， less blood loss and small impact on the patients body，
