微创手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤疗效观察 　　摘要：目的：研究并探讨微创手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法：随机选取2014年1月～2015年5月在我院进行手术治疗的100例乳腺纤维瘤患者作为研究对象，按照手术方法的不同，将其分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组患者采取传统开放手术进行治疗，观察组患者采取微创手术进行治疗。观察并对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后不良反应发生情况，对患者的手术治疗效果进行评价。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的手术时间明显缩短（P0.05），术中出血量明显减少（P0.05），手术治疗总有效率明显更高（P0.05），不良反应发生率明显更低（P0.05）。结论：对乳腺纤维瘤患者进行微创手术，能够有效缩短患者的手术操作时间，减轻患者的痛苦，提高手术治疗效果，减少术后不良反应的发生。 　　关键词：乳腺纤维瘤；微创手术；疗效 　　Abstract： objective： to study and to explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive surgical treatment of mammary gland fibroma. Methods： randomly selected from January 2014 to May 2014 in our hospital 100 cases of surgical treatment of mammary gland fibroma patients as the research object， according to the different method of operation， it can be divided into 50 cases of control group and observation group of 50 cases. Control group patients treated with traditional open surgery， observation group of patients treated with minimally invasive surgery. Observe and compare the two group of patients with operation time， intraoperative blood loss and postoperative adverse reactions occur， to evaluate the treatment effect of surgery for patients. Results： compared with control group， the observation group of patients with operation time significantly shortened （P 0.05）， intraoperative blood loss decreased significantly （P 0.05）， and surgical treatment of total effective rate significantly higher （P 0.05）， significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions （P 0.05）. Conclusion： minimally invasive surgery in patients with mammary gland fibroma， can effectively reduce the operation time of patients， reduce the pain of the patients， improve the effect of surgical treatment， reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions. 　　keywords ：mammary gland fibroma.
