Since 2005, six years in a row, the first document of the central has involved in postal enterprises, encouraged the postal enterprises through various forms to carry out the service for the three rural work actively. So the postal fertilizer distribution attracts the attention of the people gradually. The paper analyzes the risk of the distribution and takes effective response measures to carry out certain practical guiding significance. The time that the postal enterprises distribute chemical fertilizers is still relatively short, not deep understanding of the industry and the lack of marketing experience will directly increase the difficulty of fertilizer distribution, and how to control risks in the process of fertilizer distribution, achieve revenue maximization and risk minimization, is the problem that postal enterprises have to consider. This article starts from the practical experience of the postal distribution business. At the first, I analyzed the general risks faced by the fertilizer distribution industry, and then from the five aspects of organizational risk, policy risk, the risk of business operations, financial risk, risk of information systems combined with postal distribution characteristics, I gave a detailed analysis of the main risks in the postal fertilizer distributors.
