情景模拟教学法在精神科护理教学中应用效果   [摘要]目的 分析情景模拟教学法在精神科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取我校2017年2~6月护理系专科护生120例,将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用传统灌输式教学,观察组采用情景模拟教学法。比较两组的考核成绩与综合能力。结果 观察组理论知识与操作技能评分分别为(88.37±7.66)、(89.64±6.29)分,均明显高于对照组的(72.69±5.28)、(73.52±5.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的综合能力各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 精神科护理教学中应用情景模拟教学法有利于提高教学质量,增强护生综合能力,为护理工作质量提供保障。   [关键词]精神科;护理教学;情景模拟教学法;灌输式教学   [中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2017)11(c)-0136-03   Application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching in psychiatry department   QIN Tao1 LYU Yun-huo2 XIA Xue-bin3   1.Department of Nursing,Jiangxi Medical College,Shangrao 334000,China;2.Department of Oncology,Shangrao Municipal Hospital,Jiangxi Province,Shangrao 334000,China;3.Department of Gynecology,Huanggang Central Hospital,Hubei Province,Huanggang 438000,China   [Abstract]Objective To analyze the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching in psychiatry department.Methods 120 nursing students of nursing department in our college from February to June 2017 were randomly selected and divided into the two groups,and there were 60 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional indoctrinating teaching,while the observation group was given scenario simulation teaching method.The result of examination and comprehensive ability were compared between the two groups.Results The score of theoretical knowledge and operating skill in the observation group was (88.37±7.66) points,(89.64±6.29) points respectively,which was obviously higher than that of the control group [(72.69±5.28) points,(73.52±5.73) points] respectively,and there was a statistical difference (P0.05).The score of comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching method in psychiatry department can increase quality of teaching,enhance comprehensive ability of nursing students,so as
