情景模拟法在高职护生急诊分诊教学中初步研究   【摘要】 目的:了解情景模拟法在高职护生急诊分诊教学中的应用现状,分析其存在问题,找出提高情景模拟教学效果的对策。方法:通过发放自制问卷,对本院240名高职护生进行情景模拟教学的作用、效果和可能影响因素的调查。结果:90%以上的护生认为情景模拟法应用在急诊分诊教学中能够激发护生的学习兴趣,提高护生的评判性思维能力,同时可以培养护生的沟通能力和团队精神。影响情景模拟法在急诊分诊的教学效果的因素调查中,79.17%的护生认为是情景模拟的内容对护生的吸引力不够;87.50%的护生认为情景模拟中的教学病例太典型;69.58%的护生认为教师没有作出及时评价等。结论:通过将情景模拟应用在急诊分诊教学中,改变了传统的授课方式,同时培养了护生的学习能力,取得了较好的教学效果。   【关键词】 情景模拟法; 急诊分诊; 教学   A Preliminary Study on the Scene Simulation Method in Emergency Triage Teaching of Higher Vocational Nursing Students/LIU Li.//Medical Innovation of China,2015,12(26):081-083   【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the situation and analyze the existing problems in the application of scene simulation method in emergency triage teaching of higher vocational nursing students, and to find out the countermeasures to improve the teaching effect.Method:The issuance of a self-made questionnaire was used,the effect of the scene simulation teaching of 240 vocational nursing students in our hospital were investigated.Result:Over 90% of nursing students thought that the application of scene simulation method stimulated the students learning interest, improved the critical thinking ability of nursing students, and cultivated the ability of communication and team spirit.
