心理干预护理对于直肠癌术后化疗患者情绪及生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析心理干预护理对于直肠癌术后化疗情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2011年2月-2013年3月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的直肠癌术后化疗患者62例，随机分为心理干预组（31例）和常规护理组（31例），观察分析心理干预组和常规护理组患者的治疗前后SAS、SDS评分、癌因性疲乏评分及生活质量评分（Barthel）。结果：护理后心理干预组的SAS评分及SDS评分显著低于常规护理组（P0.05）；心理干预组护理后癌因性评分低于常规护理组（P0.05），而生活质量评分（Barthel）高于常规护理组（P0.05）。结论：心理干预护理能够缓解直肠癌术后化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，消除癌因性疲乏，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 直肠癌； 术后化疗； 心理干预护理； 情绪； 生活质量 　　中图分类号 R473.73 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）1-0082-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical value of influence of psychological intervention nursing on mood and life quality of rectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.Method：62 rectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 were selected for this study，the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The groups were psychological intervention nursing group（n=31） and routine nursing group（n=31） respectively，then SAS， SDS，cancer related fatigue score and life quality score before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result：The SAS，SDS in psychological intervention nursing group were lower than routine nursing group（P0.05）.The cancer related fatigue score in psychological intervention nursing group was lower than routine nursing group（P0.05），the life quality score（Barthel） in psychological intervention nursing group was higher than routine nursing group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention nursing can alleviate the anxiety and depress mood of rectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy，eliminate the cancer-related fatigue，improve the life quality. 　　【Key words】 Rectal cancer； Postoperative chemotherapy； Psychological intervention nursing； Mood； Life quality 　　First-author’s address：The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Medical University of Anhui，Hefei 230022，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.01.042 　　直肠癌是一种临床常见的恶性肿瘤，受到生活习惯及饮食结构的影响，直肠癌的发病率显著上升。直肠癌的治疗方式分为手术治疗及化疗，多数患者术后需接受常规化疗[1]。直肠癌属于慢性迁延性疾病，慢性病程给患者的身心带来巨大影响，也严重影响患
