心理护理干预对脑震荡患者焦虑抑郁综合征作用 　　【摘要】 目的：分析心理护理干预对脑震荡患者焦虑抑郁综合征的作用。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的82例脑震荡伴焦虑抑郁综合征患者，随机分为两组，为对照组患者提供常规护理服务，在此基础上，为观察组患者提供心理护理服务，对比两组护理后的焦虑、抑郁情况。结果：相对于护理前，两组患者护理后的SDS、SAS量表评分均在不同程度上降低，且相对于对照组，观察组评分低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对脑震荡伴焦虑抑郁综合征患者进行心理护理干预的效果显著，能将其焦虑、抑郁情绪有效改善。 　　【关键词】 心理护理干预； 脑震荡； 焦虑抑郁综合征 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.8.058 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）08-0118-02 　　Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Depression Syndrome of Patients with Cerebral Concussion/WANG Aili，XIONG Lianlian，YE Dongting.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（8）：118-119 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with concussion syndrome effect on the brain.Method：From January 2014 to January 2016，82 cases of cerebral concussion in our hospital with anxiety and depression syndrome patients were selected，and they were randomly divided into two groups，the control group was given routine nursing service，on this basis，to provide psychological nursing service for the patients in the observation group，two groups of nursing anxiety，depression were compared.Result：Compared with before treatment，two groups of patients with SDS，SAS scores were decreased in different degree after nursing，and compared with the control group，the observation group were lower，there were significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention is significant for cerebral concussion patients with anxiety and depression，can effectively improve the anxiety and depression. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing intervention； Cerebral concussion； Anxiety and depression syndrome 　　First-author’s address：Dangyang City People’s Hospital，Dangyang 444100，China 　　临床上，患者在各种脑外伤之后出现抑郁、焦虑、情绪失常、注意力不集中、记忆障碍、头晕与头痛等症状，并且在较长一段时间内难以改善即为脑震荡伤后综合征[1-3]。脑震荡具有突发性特点，虽然没有明显颅脑器质性损伤出现，但受到术后多种因素影响后，很容易出现抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪[4-6]。临床上通常会采用小剂量药物联合护理的方式对患者进行干预，施行心理护理干预的主要目的在于通过各种干预措施来对患者心理状况进行积极影响，以此
