心电图在急性肺栓塞诊断中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探究在急性肺栓塞诊断过程中使用心电图的效果。方法 对100例急性肺栓塞患者病情进行分析， 同时对患者采用心电图进行检查， 总结心电图检查的准确性和确诊情况。结果 本次检查的100例急性肺栓塞患者， 其中31例患者的心电图正常， 正常比例为31.0%；69例患者出现心电图改变， 异常占比例为69.0%。69例心电图改变的患者中， 窦性心动过速最多为18例， 占比例为18.0%；10例患者右束支传导阻滞， 占比例为10.0%。结论 心电图在急性肺栓塞诊断中的应用分析发现， 其对心电图改变较为显著的患者， 能够较为准确的反映出患者病情， 但对部分患者仍然可能出现误诊或漏诊等现象， 因此心电图可以用于临床对急性肺栓塞患者的初步诊断， 无法确诊的患者应该进一步配合其他方法检查。 　　【关键词】 心电图；急性肺栓塞；诊断；应用 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.16.026 　　Application of electrocardiogram in diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism ZHANG Min. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pulmonary embolism received disease condition analysis and electrocardiogram examination. Summary was made on accuracy of electrocardiogram examination and diagnosis condition. Results Among 100 patients with acute pulmonary embolism in examination， there were 31 cases with normal electrocardiogram， accounting for 31.0%， and 69 patients with changed electrocardiogram， accounting for 69.0%. Among the 69 cases with changed electrocardiogram， there were 18 cases with nodal tachycardia， accounting for the highest proportion as 18.0%， and 10 cases with right bundle branch block， accounting for 10.0%. Conclusion Analysis of electrocardiogram applied in diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism shows accurate disease reflection by electrocardiogram in patients with remarkable changes electrocardiogram， while there is still possible misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in patients.
