卒中后抑郁症肝郁气滞证的证候诊断标准研究卒中后抑郁症肝郁气滞证的证候诊断标准研究摘摘要 - - PAGE 2 - - - PAGE 3 - The stagnation of liver and Qi syndrome permits study of diagnostic criteria in Post-stroke depression Wang Guan Tao(Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Directed by Fan weihong ABSTRACT Objective:To research the common Chinese medicine symptoms,the common syndrome and the relevant factors of Post-Stroke Depression, Logistic regression analysis of the Post-Stroke Depression syndrome common empirical quantification of diagnosis. Methods:Using epidemiological methods of self-designed“Clinical questionnaire of Post-Stroke Depression”,we collected demography characters of 355 patients and basic“four diagnostic methods”information,filtering out the high frequency of 50 variables Logistic regression analysis. Result:① General description:the percentage of male is 212(59.7%) and female is 143(40.3%) in the 355 samples of the patients investigated.The proportion of male and female is 1.48:1.Mainly to ethnic Han Chinese,94.4 percent of patients married,patients are in a low education level,predominantly geographical distribution is urban,professional mainly to retirees;the average age is 64.01±11.081-year-old,the average duration is 19.579± 31.8156.In this survey,the number of first stroke patients is larger,higher number of patients have the cerebral infarction,many patients have hypertension in the past. ② Staging:the acute phase of stroke accounts for 127(35.8%),the stroke recovery accounts for 160 (45.1%),the after-effects of stroke accounts for 68 (19.2%).③Four major consultation information filtering:Screening of the 50 variables for further analysis,including the top six were depression were100%,xian pulse 82.3%,lack of interest were 75.3%,mamillata were 74.1%,eat less were 72.9%, taciturn were 71.7%.④Four main information and consultation of the card-type analysis of the Logistic:Logistic analysis of the results,OR
