II II Abstract As the greatest business organisation in the medieval Europe, Hanseatic league has a stronger influence on medieval economy. This is already confirmed by economic scholars. However, the study on the legal system in the Hanseatic league is less likely to see in China. In fact, as the city legal system of European city has a important role in promoting the city revolution, the study on legal system of Hanseatic league can not be ingnored. Surrounded by the city、church and other political and economic groups, and the lossely organized all make the law of Hanseatic league diversity. In the beginning , the Hanseatic league law mainly influenced by the city charter and commercial privileges and city alliance agreement, and most of them, like the jurisdiction、 commerical privileges rules directly reserved as the mainly source of law, whether the organization formation or the maritime law are based on these statutes. The statutes of Hanseatic league also promote the construction of the legal system of the Nordic countries, especially the contribution to maritime law development, there is nothing comparable to this. Except the study on the basic content of Hanseatic law, this paper also put forward the point of the hot spots of research of Hanseatic law system. Like the relationship between Lubeck law and Hanseatic law and the existence of the uniform of the Hanseatic commercial issues.
