微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法 资料整群选取该院2014年8月―2015年8月收治的128例腹股沟斜疝患儿临床资料，根据不同手术方案分为对照组（70例）与研究组（58例），前者行常规疝囊高位结扎术治疗，后者行微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗，对比两组术中、术后情况、临床疗效及并发症。结果 研究组术中出血量（7.21±3.42） mL、手术时间（19.23±4.17） min及住院时间（2.30±1.34） d均优于对照组（7.21±3.42） mL、（19.23±4.17） min、（.30±1.34） d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率94.83%比对照组70.00%高，且并发症总发生率5.17%比对照组17.14%低（P0.05）。 结论 微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗腹股沟斜疝疗效显著，可有效改善术中、术后情况，且并发症少，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 微创小切口；高位结扎术；小儿腹股沟斜疝 　　[中图分类号] R726.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（a）-0012-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of minithoracotomy herniography high ligation in treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical materials of 128 children with indirect inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected and divided into control group （70 cases） and research group （58 cases） according to different operation plans. The control group received conventional herniography high ligation， the research group received minithoracotomy herniography high ligation. And the intraoperative and postoperative conditions， clinical curative effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss， operation time and length of stay in the research group was better than that in the control group， respectively， （7.21±3.42）mL，（19.23±4.17）min and （2.30±1.34）d vs （16.25±5.03） mL， （28.93±6.14） min and （4.98±1.42）d （P0.05）. The total treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group （94.83% vs 70.00%）， and the total incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group（5.17% vs 17.14%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Minithoracotomy herniography high ligation in treatment of indirect inguinal hernia has an obvious curative effect and can effectively improve the intraoperative and postoperative conditions， there are few complications and it is worth promoting in clinic. 　　[Key wo
