微创旋切术与传统外科手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤临床效果对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对比微创旋切术与传统开放性手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。 方法 选择于2014年6月～2016年6月在我院就诊的50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者，分为观察组和对照组，每组25例，观察组在超声引导下行乳腺微创旋切术治疗，对照组采用传统开放性手术切除，比较两组手术治疗的安全性及患者满意度。 结果 观察组在手术用时、术中出血量、切口愈合时间及瘢痕长度方面较对照组明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的术后并发症发生率（4.00%）明显低于对照组（44.00%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的治疗满意度及外观美观度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 超声引导乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤具有较好的临床疗效，风险低，安全性好，值得临床应用及推广。 　　[关键词] 乳腺良性肿瘤；乳腺微创旋切术；开放性手术；超声引导 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）08-0044-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of minimally invasive atherectomy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods Fifty patients with benign breast tumors treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group（n=25） and observation group（n=25）. The observation group underwent ultrasound-guided breast minimally invasive atherectomy. And the control group was given conventional treatment to remove the tumors. The safety of surgical treatment and the patient satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The length of surgery， the intraoperative blood loss， incision healing time and scar length in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was significant（P0.05）. The treatment satisfaction and appearance aesthetics of the observation group were better than those of the control group， the difference was significant（P0.05）.
