循证护理措施在慢性盆腔炎患者中应用效果 　　【摘要】目的：探讨循证护理措施在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法：从本院2015年1月～2017年6月期间收治的慢性盆腔炎患者中选出100例纳入本研究，根据患者采用护理方式的不同将其分为观察组与对照组各50例，观察组患者采用循证护理措施，对照组患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者并发症发生情况、复发情况以及护理工作满意度。结果：观察组患者出现2例腹膜炎，并发症发生率为4%，低于对照组患者的24%，P0.05。观察组患者在随访中三个月、半年及1年时间内复发率均低于对照组患者，P0.05，且护理满意度高达96%，高于对照组患者的74%，P0.05。结论：循证护理措施在慢性盆腔炎患者的恢复过程中发挥重要的作用，保障患者的临床治疗效果，降低并发症发生率和疾病复发率，提高护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值。 　　【关键词】循证护理；慢性盆腔炎；应用效果 　　[Abstract] Objective：To To explore the application of evidence-based nursing measures in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods： selected from treated in our hospital during January 2015 ～2017 June 100 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were included in this study， according to the patients with different nursing methods were divided into the observation group and control group of 50 cases， the observation group were treated with evidence-based nursing measures， the control group were treated with routine nursing measures， compared two complications， recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction. Results： 2 cases of peritonitis were found in the observation group， and the incidence of complications was 4%， which was lower than 24% of the control group， P0.05. The recurrence rate of the observation group in the three months， half a year and 1 years after the follow-up were all lower than those in the control group， P0.05， and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 96%， which was higher than that of the control group 74%， P0.05.
