急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理服务应用效果评定   【摘要】 目的:探讨急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理服务的应用效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的75例急诊危重患者,将收治的患者随机分为常规服务组(37例)和全程服务组(38例)。常规服务组抢救中采取常规护理服务;全程服务组抢救中采取全程护理服务。比较两组患者:(1)抢救成功率、满意度;(2)分诊时间、进出急诊室时间;(3)并发症发生率。结果:(1)全程服务组患者抢救成功率、满意度均高于常规服务组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(2)全程服务组分诊时间、进出急诊室时间均比常规服务组短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(3)全程服务组压疮、交叉感染等各种并发症发生率均低于常规服务组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理服务的应用效果确切,可有效缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率和患者满意度,减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。   【关键词】 急诊危重患者; 抢救; 全程护理服务   doi:10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.31.041 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2016)31-0076-02   【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of whole course nursing service in critical patients emergency treatment.Method:75 cases of critical patients treated in the author’s hospital were selected from January 2014 to March 2016,and randomly divided into conventional nursing service group (37 cases) and whole course nursing service group(38 cases).The following index were compared between two groups:(1)the successful rescue rate and satisfaction;(2)triage time,in and out of the emergency time;(3)the incidence of complications.Result:(1)successful rescue rate and satisfaction of whole course nursing service group was significantly higher than conventional nursing service group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);(2)triage time,in and out of the emergency time of whole course nursing service group was significantly shorter than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05);(3) the incidence of complications of whole course nursing service group was significantly lower than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the whole course nursing servicecan shorten the rescue time,improve the successful rescue rate and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and it is worth popularizing and applying.   【Key words】 Emergency critical patients; Rescue; Whole course nursing service   First-author’s
