急性发作期胆囊炎运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察急性发作期胆囊炎患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年12月笔者所在医院收治的68例急性发作期胆囊炎患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例，给予对照组开腹胆囊切除术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对急性发作期胆囊炎患者实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，能够改善患者的临床症状，减少并发症的发生，提高生活质量，值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 急性发作期胆囊炎； 腹腔镜胆囊切除术； 临床效果 　　中图分类号 R575.61 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）19-0011-03 　　Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis/SHU Yuan-meng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（19）：11-13 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute exacerbation of cholecystitis.Method：68 cases of acute cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，34 cases in each group，the control group was treated with open cholecystectomy，the observation group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy，the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute exacerbation of cholecystitis，can improve the clinical symptoms of patients， reduce the incidence of complications，improve the quality of life，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Acute exacerbation of cholecystitis； Laparoscopic cholecystectomy； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of
