The majority of present domestic research focus on the entirely performance of the supply chain, but few studies have focused on how popularized and widely used of the supply chain finance in the supply chain, and the core enterprise is precisely the key link of using supply chain finance. In addition, only to analysis clearly that how core enterprise make the supply chain of financial decisions, can make full use of the new financing tools, strengthen the management of supply chain which core enterprises locate in . This article based on combining the theoretical analysis and the case validation method. Firstly, the article mainly discusses about the supply chain profit distribution theory, the corporate finance peck theory research, which based on the Stackelberg thought. Secondly, the article detailed analysis the role of the core enterprise in the supply chain financial model, and the influence of supply chain finance in the core enterprise financial which based on the above theories. Besides, the article construct a decision framework of the core enterprises adopt supply chain under the equilibrium state and the reality, and combed the corresponding financing order. At last, verify the proposed decision framework through the space chemical company as the core enterprise case study. Finally, based on the theoretical research and case verification conclusion, the article makes pointed references to some suggestions about how the core enterprise make scientific decision-making, and how to make further use of supply chain finance to promote financial management ability of core enterprise and the ability of supply chain management.
