摘 摘 要 I I 摘 要 区域经济增长差异问题的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。改革开放后，中国 面临经济飞速增长与区域间经济增长差异逐步加大的现实问题。对于中国经济增 长的奇迹，吸引的大批的国内外学者的研究，现在研究经济增长差异主要研究经 济增长的直接推动因素，例如研究要素供给，科技创新、经济结构、等因素对经 济增长的影响，而忽视了我国经济增长的根本原因的研究。新制度经济学的研究 成果表明，制度是经济增长的根本动力。制度经济学将制度分为正式制度和非正 式制度两个方面。进而从这两个方面分别分析我国区域经济增长差异有很重要的 现实意义。 首先从全国的角度对改革开放以来的东中西部的经济增长差异的现实进行 分析。为了更加方便的准确的对制度对区域经济增长差异的影响进行分析分别从 正式制度和非正式制度两个方面分析，在分析数据的选择上采用具有西部经济特 征的云南省和走在经济发展前沿的浙江省，并通过统计数据对两省间的经济增长 差异进行对比分析。 在分析正式制度对经济增长的影响中，通过对国家宏观经济政策和地方自身 的经济环境两个方面进行分析。国家的改革开放之初提出了一系列的促进东部经 济增长的有利政策，导致了区域间的差距加大。但是通过对地方自身的经济环境 进行分析中，相同的政策在不同地区的实施也存在差异，这其中就存在非正式制 度的影响。 非正式制度是制度的重要组成部分，对经济增长差异具有重要的影响。通过 对浙江、云南非正式制度发展的简单梳理，分别从文化传统、意识形态、价值观 念等方面对经济增长差异进行分析。 通过以上分析，得出正式制度和非正式制度对经济增长的重要性，进而分别 从正式制度和非正式制度两个方面对进一步缩小区域间经济增长差异提出制度 建议。 关键字：经济增长差异；正式制度；非正式制度 Abstract Abstract II II Abstract Regional differences in economic growth, the study of problems of great practical significance.
