经方乌梅丸治疗上热下寒型2型糖尿病疗效评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探究经方乌梅丸治疗上热下寒型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 以2015年1月―2017年1月该院100例上热下寒型2型糖尿病患者作为观察对象，随机将100例患者分为西医组（50例，应用常规西药治疗）、中西医组（50例，应用常规西药+经方乌梅丸治疗）。研究对比西医组和中西医组患者的疗效及血糖水平。结果 中西医组患者总有效率（90.00%）相比西医组（70.00%）明显更高（P0.05）；中西医组患者治疗后空腹血糖[（5.12±0.61）mmol/L]、餐后2 h血糖[（7.01±0.42）mmol/L]相比西?t组明显更低（P0.05）。结论 经方乌梅丸治疗上热下寒型2型糖尿病效果明显。 　　[关键词] 乌梅丸；上热下寒型；2型糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（a）-0072-02 　　Evaluation on Curative Effect of Classical Prescription of Wumeiwan in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in Upper Heat and Lower Cold 　　NIE Kun 　　Department of TCM， Hulun Buir Peoples Hospital， Hulun Buir， Inner Mongolia， 021008 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of classical prescription of wumeiwan in treatment of type 2 diabetes in upper heat and lower cold. Methods 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in upper heat and lower cold in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the western medicine group applied the routine western medicine， while the combined Chinese medicine and western medicine group applied the routine western medicine and classical prescription of wumeiwan， and the curative effect and blood glucose level were compared and researched. Results The total effective rate in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the western medicine group（90.00% vs 70.00%）（P0.05）， and after treatment， the fasting blood glucose， postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the combined group were respectively （5.12±0.61）mmol/L and （7.01±0.42）mmol/L， which were obviously lower than those in the western medicine group（P0.05）.
