抑癌基因p53在胃癌发生发展中研究进展 　　【摘 要】胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发生发展与癌基因-抑癌基因的突变、调节失控及功能丢失有着密切关系，尤其抑癌基因p53。随着分子生物学的不断发展，p53基因突变、蛋白表达、HP感染与p53在胃癌发生发展中的作用机制不断清晰。相信随着对p53基因蛋白的深入研究，其将在胃癌早期诊断及治疗靶点中成为一新的突破点。 　　【关键词】胃癌；抑癌基因；p53 　　[Abstract] Gastric carcinoma is one of the most frequent malignant tumors in China， its occurrence and development have the the highest mortality rate with Cancer gene and tumor suppressor genes mutations， regulatory control and functional loss， In particular p53.With the development of molecular biology， the mechanism of action of P53 gene mutation， protein expression， HP infection and p53
