华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract There are 150 million aged people and 82.96 million disabled people in china, involving 260 million families. We are faced with the challenge of using the technology to help their daily lives. Bathing is very important for improving their life quality. It can help to ensure the cleanness, improve blood circulation; and it can also help to find whether there are damaged or diseased part on their body. In our country, the research on bath aid is started relatively later and behindhand, which cannot meet the requirement. Thus, this paper introduces a bath aid for the aged and disabled people; it has the function of temperature control, water therapy control and centralized monitoring. Based on these functions, we designed the hardware and software for the control system. The control system consists of upper computer and lower computer. Using DSP2812 as its core processor, the system can collect the information around the bath tub, including temperature, water level etc. For the hardware, the standard components and module circuit units are used. The software is divided into three parts: slave computer program, the monitoring program and driver. Using the CCS platform, software is written in module. The PID algorithm has been applied for temperature control and Kingview runs on the position computer for configuration. Finally, the whole system is debugged and runs for experiment, which have achieved the expected effects. Due to its low cost, simple structure and safety, the system has a good prospect in the field of rehabilitation.
