舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的应用 　　【摘要】目的：舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的应用。方法：选择20168月-20181月间92例在我院行腹腔镜胆囊全切术的患者，按照手术先后顺序将患者划分为观察组与对照组各46例，为干预组患者提供舒适护理服务，为对照组患者提供一般手术护理，评价两组患者术后疼痛及焦虑评分。结果：干预前两组患者焦虑评分结果比较无统计学意义，（t=0764，P005）；干预后观察组患者焦虑评分均优于对照组，（t=11836，P005）。且两组患者干预后焦虑评分均低于干预前，P005。干预后观察组患者疼痛评分优于对照组，（t=22369，P005）。结论：护士为腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者提供舒适护理干预，可有效改善患者疼痛及焦虑评分。 　　【关键词】手术；腹腔镜；胆囊；护理 　　【中图分类号】R575.6+1 　　【文献标志码】B 　　【文章编号】1005-0019（2018）07-021-01 　　Abstract Objective：to explore the application of comfortable nursing in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： 92 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from 20168 months of 20168 months were selected. According to the order of operation， the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group in 46 cases， providing the comfortable nursing service for the patients in the intervention group， providing the general operation care for the control group， and evaluating the pain and anxiety score of the two groups after the operation.Results： before intervention， the results of anxiety score of the two groups were not statistically significant （t=0764， P005）， and the scores of anxiety in the observation group were better than those of the control group （t=11836， P005）. The anxiety scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention， P005After the intervention， the pain score of the observation group was better than that of the control group （t=22369， P005）. Conclusion： nurses provide comfortable nursing intervention for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy， which can effectively improve the pain and anxiety scores of patients. 　　Key words： operation； Laparoscope； gallbladder； nursing care 　　腹腔镜胆囊全切术是普外科常见手术类型，适应证包括胆囊结石、慢性胆囊炎等，属微创术式，而传统开腹胆囊切除术会对机体造成较大创伤，术后患者康复用时较久，术后切口较大，会遗留疤痕；腹腔镜手术主要优势包括创伤小、手术用时短、患者疼痛度轻微，术后恢复快[1-2]。但手术作为创伤性治疗手段，术后存在并发症风险，且部分患者对手术产生恐惧心理，可能出现生理、心理的应激反应，影响手术效果。文章选择20168月-20181月间92例在我院行腹腔镜胆囊全切术的患者，分析舒适护理的干预效果，现将结果报道如下： 　　1资料与方法 　　11一般资料选择20168月-201
