中文摘要 课程评价既是学校教育活动的基本环节，也是保证学校教育活动 沿着E确的方向向前发展的重要手段，在新一轮课程改革中，评价改 革是基础教育改革的关键，而学生评价则是学校教育评价的核心。由 于中学地理学科在应试教育体制下所处的地位和该课程的实际特点， 构建符合新课程理念、促进学生全面发展的评价体系就为地理教学评 价改革提供了新的目标和准绳。 一，引言:论证了构建以学生发展为本的评价方法的重要意 义及基本特征。 二.理论基础和基本类型:本课题的研究采用理论研究、行动研 究和实验研究相结合的方法?以促进学生发展和地理课程发展为目标 取向，试图从理论和实践两个层面构建多种评价方法相结合的发展性 评价平台。 三.体系的构建:在全面反思传统的地理评价方法的基础上所搭 建的新的评价平台，以多元智力理论、教育理论和教育评价研究成果 为理论基础:以初中地理新课程标准和初中生的认知规律和心智结构 为依据 F 制定了知识与能力、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观有机 统-一的评价指标体系。 四.实践:以此为指导，研究并试验了档案袋法、行为观察法、 活动法、学生自我评价法、测验法等过程与结果并茧的评价方法。 在实验中，通过考试制度的改革，全面实施开放性学习评价体验， 建立学习过程记录和学习成长记录档案袋等措施，清晰地描绘出学生 在地理学习中的发展曲线，并通过发展性评价报告，将学生在地理学 习中的成就、潜能和不足反馈给家长和学生，明确学生发展的改进要 点，帮助学生制定改进计划，使学生在原有水平上得到进 一步提高和 发展。 f?..结论:本文通过创建操作性较强的学生评价方法，力求将发 展性学生评价理论融进初中地理教学实践，改革原有的评价方式，促 进学生全面发展。实践证明，在中学地理教学中实施发展性评价，是 推动地理新课程改革、促进学生全面发展的有效途径，希望本文对初 中地理教学一线的教师实施新课程教学评价改革有所帮助，对其他学 科教学评价亦有所启迪。 关键词:中学地理 发展性 学生评价 Abstract Curriculum evaluation is a crucial means，which ensures the correct orientatíon for the development of students education ，as well as a rudimental educational activity. Evaluation reform is the operative part of this new round of curriculum reform; while，the student evaluation is the core of school teaching quality assessment.
