护理干预预防骨科卧床患者便秘效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预预防骨科卧床患者便秘的效果。方法：将本院2011年8月-2013年5月收治的150例骨科住院患者按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各75例。试验组给予常规护理，对照组给予心理护理、排便锻炼、饮食护理、运动护理、按摩护理以及药物护理，观察两组护理效果。结果：试验组仅发生8例便秘，便秘发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；且试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，试验组仅有1例不良反应，不良反应发生率亦明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：护理干预预防骨科卧床患者便秘效果显著，可有效提高便秘治疗效果和减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 护理干预； 骨科； 便秘 　　Study on the Effects of Nursing Intervention on Constipation of Bedridden Patients in Orthopedic Department/GUO Xi-xiang，WANG Zhi-wei.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：053-054 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on constipation of Bedridden patients in orthopedic.Method：One hundred and fifty bedridden patients in orthopedic in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，and the experimental group was treated with psychological nursing，bowel movement exercise，diet nursing，massage care，nursing care and drugs care，the nursing effect of two groups was observed.Result：The experiment group had only 8 cases with constipation，the incidence of constipation in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.However，the effective rate of constipation patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group，the experiment group had 1 case of adverse reactions，and the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group，there were significant differences between the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of nursing intervention on constipation of bedridden patients in orthopedic is remarkable，and it can improve the therapeutic effect of constipation and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions，worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Nursing intervention； Orthopedics； Constipation 　　First-author’s ad
